• All our products are classified as custom-made products.
• Returns or exchanges do not cover any product breakage during shipping with shipping companies, We apply a fragile label and use all standard packaging methods.
• If the product is custom-made, it cannot be returned.
• The customer’s approval of any acrylic products or design orders, including phrases, names, or images via WhatsApp or through the store’s order options, is considered acceptance of the design, phrases, and names before execution. We are not responsible after approval and execution, and returns or exchanges are not possible.

The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:

1- If the product was manufactured according to the customer’s request or specifications, with the exception of products that have defects or that do not meet the specifications set by the consumer.

2- Images may differ slightly from the products due to photography, and the consumer is not entitled to return them.
